Jets, NE was lucky to get that win yesterday. Brady is/was the head of the snake on that team.

Patriots, in an upset.

Cassel: 17/26/235/3 with 1 pick

Favre: 23/37/335/2 with 3 picks

Pats 30

Jets 19

I wouldn't say, however, that I'm overly confident...lol.

Jets. Favre is just going to get better in that offense, and the Jets defense has a pass rush now.

I mentioned before the season even starter that there is a good chance the JETS/NE split this year. With the Jets barely beating Miami and NE barely beating KC....This weekend could be very interesting.

Pats 23

Jets 17

NE pounds the ball all day long. Maroney 75 yds and Morris 75 yds on the ground

That will be interesting.... Can't wait to see if Jenkins can help stuff the run again without the 100 plus heat index.

I'm hoping for a really tough run defense this year - Miami coaches said they pretty much gave up on the running game - so far so good.

these next two weeks should tell us what the Jets will be made of this year. home against NE and @SD the following week.

I'm sorry but watching a team like the Jets gell against the Dolphins this week and expecting each game from here on in to build on the last, the Pats can't possibly win with Cassell at QB.

Not only that but did you by any chance watch Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams try to run on Jenkins, Harris, and Co? 50 yards between the both of them, 15 of which came when Jenkins was subbing out. No way are they gonna put the hurt on the Jets run D with Maroney and Morris.

Jets will make the Pats beat them through the air.

Oh, this is going to be fun. On a football level and a personal level. I've waited 13 years to get my Jets season tickets and the first game I get to go to is this Sunday. I will try and provide some sort of report after the game - and hopefully a Jets victory :goodposting:

13 years? Congratulations!!! Pats fan and hope they win, but I think you'll see a good game. Your first game is Favre's first home game, Cassel steps in for Brady. Let's see what happens. Good Luck!

Should anyone be interested, Favre has only played the Pats twice in the BB era.

He had 147 yards and 3 TD the first game and 73 yards and 0 TD the second game. No interceptions in either game.
