Week 4 Players to target (1 Viewer)

I used the search function and didn't find a thread about Week 4 Waiver pickups or buy low sell high. Which players are everyone trying to target right now?

I'm looking at a couple of WRs right now, Lee Evans and HInes Ward. Who else is everyone looking at, either via trade or the waiver wire?

I'm in a keeper league but I targeted some buy low players this week:

Cooley and L White - got both for cheap and both can be signed next year for cheap. I can see them both being worked in the next few weeks - get em while they're cheap.

Huard. Need him for a bye week replacement and he has a nice matchup against SF at home.

Also would like to get TE Eric Johnson now that Vernon Davis is out.

I am trying to target Chad Johnson in dynasty league (as a buy low).

Offering Darrell Jackson/Michael Robinson for him. The owner is thinking about it.

DeAngelo Williams. He had a week with only 4 carries and -1 yards. It's a perfect buy low opportunity for DeShaun owners. In fact, I just traded dominic rhodes for DeAngelo.
