OK I officially can't stand this anymore.

I'm up 31 points going into tonight's game.

He's got McNabba nd Stallworth and I've got Favre.

Yesterday I start Carney and not Gould which costs me 9 points

Yesterday I sit Maroney which cost me 24 points

Tonight chunky soup rips GB for 37 ff points

Stallworth gets 2 points

FAVRE gets 2 points, 2 f***ing points

WTFWTFWTFWTFWTF

I lose by 6 points and go 1-3

I'm sick and tired of the announcers congratulating Favre for consecutive starts.

He absolutley should have put up 2-3 tds and 250 yds against the hurting Eagles secondary.

NO he SUCKED big time, talk about that you #######.

Guy thinks he has good shot, up like 5 points going into MNF. Other guy has Favre and Driver. He of course has Westbrook. Westy's inactive, thinks he's screwed. But Driver's invisible most of the game and Favre is not doin' a whole lot. It gets tight late. Driver catches a long one to give him 3 more points (45 yards total). Favre is hovering at like 198 yards, late. So, he's up only 1 point, when Favre completes a 5 yard pass to Driver that gives each one a point. He's now down 1. No problem, Favre is good for a hail mary late for a -2, right? Instead, arm gets hit, ball is almost picked, and he's out for the game. Only chance is for Driver to fumble, but of course he leaves the game too. Lost by a lousy point, even with no Westy. Brutal.

My beat was worse. I had Favre, Driver and Westbrook going and he only had Ackers. I was down by 2.2 points. Let's just say in the end, I lost by 1. Unreal.

I've read owners who lost because of a series of -0.1 plays on QB kneels to end the game.

This year a few owners also lost because of the Patriot's TE scoring switch last week.

I'd say those are much worse ways to lose myself, but any late loss on Monday night sucks.

same deal here. i had stallworth and eagles def. he had ackers. i won but would've lost if my def gave up 1 more rushing yard (gave up 99) or 1 TD (1st and goal at the 1 at the end of the game and they didn't get the TD!)

I love these kind of threads. My opponent had the Philly D so if that idiot just ran the ball in the endzone at the end of the game (he did have 4 tries) I win. Phew that felt good to get off my chest.....

Trainer: It's ok, he is okay to play but what he can really use is a week off, with a week off I think we can get it to the point where it will be strong for the rest of the year....

Of course this is completely made up but the thought of it may make you feel a little better....

My dad got re-married last night and I was the best man. Nice little ceremony, lasted until @ 7:30 and a small reception at a restaurant afterward. I was home by 8:30 and had Tivo-ed the game, so I rewind it to the beginning where I see that Westbrook isn't playing.

Now, I have Westbrook and Jennings going in a PPR league where I'm down by 24 and he's got no one playing. I missed Eli & Tiki because of their bye, but I still have a shot and I was looking forward to watching Westbrook & Jennings rack up their way to like 35 points to help me go 3-1. My first instinct is to run to the computer and pickup some backup, but then I realize that the game has already started and I'm screwed. I watch the entire game praying that Jennings catches like 10 passes for 150 yards & 2 TD's.

I am now 2-2 in a league where I am the top scorer by 10 pts/week. I lost in week 1 to the 2nd highest score (I was 3rd), won 2 games with the top score each week and then lose this week without my top 3 scorers.

I still like my chances to win the league, but I had better not lose on anymore crappy weeks like this.

He had a 11 point lead with Akers and I had Favre and Gennings.

Down by 6, last throw of the game, Favre already out, so my only hope is Rodgers to Gennings. (I’d get a point for the 4 yards to put him at 90 and the 6 for the TD, and the game.)

Then out of nowhere Gennings beats his man, Rogers puts the ball on the money (I jump to my feet) and right as it's about to lad in Gennings had for my lucky victory.....the beaten Phi corner grabs Gennings by the jersey and yanks him back a yard.

pass interference, they run it 4 unsuccessful time from the 1. And all I can do is shake my head.

But, hey, these things happen.

I trailed going into MNF by 43.25 and I still had McNabb. He scores 43.1 and I lose by .15! I needed 2 more rushing yds or 4 more passing yds to win!

To make it worse, in another big money league I led by 30something going into MNF. I had Favre and he had McNabb. McNabb beats me in that one!

Up 1 heading into last night with Favre vs far too many of his players (Driver, Brown, Akers, Eagles D). Figured a good ol' fashioned shootout would occur, but ended up getting taken to the house. I lost by more than 20.
