Mike Williams SEA if he's been cut

Rashad Jennings

Jason Avant - with desean banged up

Brandon Gibson

I like a lot of names already mentioned. I'll throw Mike Hart into this mix. Donald Brown looks to be out for a while with a bad hammy. Addai is pretty banged up with knee/ankle issues. We're only in week 4. The Colts may not run enough to make any RB a hot item but Mike Hart could be getting some starts soon, and if Addai can't make it through the game against Jax, Hart will be a popular pickup.

DHB and Javon Ringer (not due to CJ injury, RBBC like the LenDale White days)

Any predictions on who will be hot on the Waiver Wire? My pick: Dimitri Nance.Sweep the Leg.
I think Nance will be starting in about 3-4 weeks. Not sure he's quite ready this week though. Torain seems like a pretty good one this week. And keep your Kai shtick outta the shark pool

Really guys, most of these suggestions if not already rostered were picked up THIS week - the topic is Week 5

Nance if he shows anything this week is possible

Betts (in leagues where he was not picked up this week) IF Thomas is OUT and there is concern about him being out again (or a Thomas owner deciding on Betts over Ivory as a handcuff)

Carney - although the danger is that you won't really know which one is kicking week to week

LaFell if he is actually on the field and plays well this week

Ryan Torain
:lmao: IF Portis suddenly loses 1st and 2nd down carries to Torian this week, it will become obvious who Shanny's "this year" guy is going to be.
Until he hits his dozen carry/game quota and he'll go down to injury again.I'll say Keiland Williams will be the guy to own by season's end. Grabbed both Torain & Williams before the year & plan on stashing both. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Portis on the sidelines or off the team altogether by the end of the year if the Skins aren't going anywhere ***SPECULATION***** -------------------------------------------------------------Wasn't a bad move by Shanny waiving Torain (knowing no one would pick him up after year & half of inactivity) and keep Williams.

Blount is the answer. I can feel that train picking up steam. Woodhead is going 100 all purpose as well.

If Bradshaw runs as good as he did last time against the Bears, might see a few guys pickup Danny Ware (Ward put up 154 yds on the ground) <-- sounds like a load of :bs:

Ill say a mad scramble to grab the Bears Def...

Peanut gobbled up for IDP!

Does Kevin Smith count? :) If not Brandon Lafell is my choice (Torain already in my lineup, so he cant be picked up)

C. Ivory - if he is not already picked up

M. Hart

D. Nance - it may be a week or two early

M. Hall - Anderson is done this week

S. Williams - Hall and Williams connect boosting both thier value

Max Hall - Anderson is done this week
:lmao: although I don't necessarily see it happening next week UNLESS DA is so bad this week that Hall gets extensive time and has immediate success. As I posted in another thread, despite the maddening inconsistency that comes with Anderson at QB, he does have the 4th highest quarterback ratng in the NFL for the fourth quarter. Also I think the Cardinals if they feel they have to make a switch to Hall would like it to be at a home game but next week they host the Saints and may not want the rookie to start facing that active/blitzing defense, so the likely time would be Week 8 when they host Tampa Bay....but Anderson may well play enough in the meantime to hold the job.Still for those who drafted a Top QB with a Week 10 bye (Rodgers, Brees, Rivers) and did not waste a valuable roster spot with a second quarterback they wouldn't play for nine weeks, Hall if starting then would be at home vs Seattle :bag:

Blount is #1

This kid is just an NFL back, no questions. He is big, fast, and even has a little wiggle. I've seen him hurdle tacklers, something Hillis would/could never do. I like Hillis as well, wish i had picked him up in all my leagues instead of just 1. Blount i have now in all 3 of my leagues and am very syched. Oregon just pumps out RBs like they have a production line. Jonathan Stewart is great, but I always thought that Jeremiah Johnson was going to be the stud. If JJ didn't get hurt in the preseason, then he would be an excellent pickup this year to stash. Blount is another great Oregon back, and will be a stud in the future. In dynasty leagues, he is a for sure pickup or buy low (nevermind about the low since his name is getting out there) if already rostered.

Blair White is another one. In that offense, anyone can become the rage of the week if given an opportunity.

Torain is a certain pickup. Portis, i'm sorry to say, is done and everyone is looking for the replacement.

Brandon Jackson should be DROPPED if he again lays an egg this week.

Blount has already been picked up in just about every league I am in. I grabbed him in my main money league this week just because I thought he wouldn't make it until next weeks waivers. The Blount thread convinced me to do this now rather than wait. If he is available in your league and you need a back-up RB you might as well pick him up now. Like someone else posted, if you snooze you will lose on this one.

Been seeing LaFell's name tossed around in here.......what is the thinking behind this? I haven't seen anything to suggest he's going to all of a sudden be valuable. Heck, I dropped him two weeks ago after drafting him.
