Week 8 Bragging Thread (1 Viewer)

LenDale White. Started him over Clinton Portis, Frank Gore, and Jesse Chatman.

Joey Galloway. I manned up with him against JAX over Heath Miller in my flex.

Donovan McNabb. Was damn near tired of his shananigans and almost started Griese over him. Thank goodness.

For once, a good day in all of my leagues. :lmao:

GMFB Gates. My only truly reliable player all year.

OK McNabb and Holt having a big day for once didn't hurt.

My dynasty team is rockin' and rollin'

Much thanks to the steal of the draft back in 2003, Tom Brady.

Anyway, not the point of my post.

Went against the Brady and Moss owner today and whooped him.

Brees, Henry, Bush, Colston, Evans, Edwards, Gates, Longwell, Titans.

Up by about 60 points, and tied for 1st place in the league but I own the tie-breaker based on this weeks big win!

If Elam scores 7pts or less tomorrow night, Tom Brady will have outscored my opponents entire team.

Aside from people in 32 leagues....

I made a trade awhile back to get Ben R. just for the Romo bye week, also started FWP this week and watched the points roll up.

Have already scored enough to win in my $$$ league and still have Driver and Marshall going tommorow night. Another solid week.

My team is HORRIBLE and yet I sit atop the league at 7-1 after this week. God bless an easy schedule and who cares about getting blown out in the first round of the playoffs. Maybe I'll get lucky there, too. In a 12 team league, my points scored is 9th, but my points allowed is ridiculously far out in front of everyone else. Total smoke and mirrors. All the years I have been on the other end of it and finally I am the benificiary. Take that Fantasy Football gods, I spit in your eye.

I am now 7-1 and my team still sucks. this week my opponent didn't sub in Young for Henry and he lost (well lost a share of a tie) because of it. It is so awesome to suck and yet keep on winning.

Couldn't ask for more luck than last night. I was up by 1 point. He had the luxury of choosing either Wynn or Selvin Young for the game.

You can guess who got the call!!!

I'm still alive in all my survivor leagues:

MBSL, PDSL, SSL, WSL.

Frankly I'm not sure how. With as many injuries as I've had and guys no longer playing I would of thought I was alive in only one.

PDSL: Bulger, Losman, LJ Smith, Dillon, Ricky, Tab Perry, Rod Smith. (If Losman doesn't play I may be done this week)

SSL: Jackson, Holt, Scheffler. (Doing very well in this one)

MBSL: Schaub, Lewis, Boston, Jordan, A. Johnson, Harrison. (Should get AJ and Harrison back soon for the stretch run)

WSL: Carr, T. Jackson, McNabb, Jordan, Price, R.Smith, Olsen

I started Jennings because Harrison was out this week. I was losing by 7 points at the end of the 4th quarter Monday night and figured I was done. But then Jennings caught that spectacular TD to give me the win.

I started Wynn and went into the game leading by 1.45 pts. had he fumbled when he hurt his shoulder, I would have lost again as the 2nd highest team for the week.
