Wes Welker (1 Viewer)

Could easily be leading the league in yards and receptions after this week, second in both right now.

do we think welker is back? or is this an anomaly?
He is back and not going anywhere. My opinion hasn't changed, his floor is still 100/1000.
He's on pace for 128-1658He needs 52-380 over his 10 games to reach his "floor"This season could be the 4th time he has led the NFL receptions over the last 6 seasons.
Thanks for agreeing with me, not everyone shares the opinion, nor did they a month ago when Welker had two low performance games. Or a month before that. When I said not going anywhere I meant he is going to stay in New England.

Hernendez coming back, weird political stuff going on in NE that I don't understand and three pretty average performances three weeks straight.

What's everyone's thoughts for this week and beyond? WR2 ? WR3?

Welker has been getting open and getting targeted. He dropped an easy TD and at a couple other balls against the Bills. Would have had 8 or 9 catches for 110 yds and a TD. Are people really thinking he will get 10/100/1 every game?

Did not know where else to put this, so I`ll put it here:

Wes Welker (ankle) returned to practice on Friday, as expected.

Welker participated in Thursday's walk-through, a sure sign that the Pats were incorporating him into the game plan. Expected him to play versus the Colts after being listed as limited on the injury report. Nov 16 - 11:49 AM

Although Wes Welker (ankle) was held out of practice Thursday, he reportedly participated in the pre-practice walk-through. Welker was in full pads for the session. It's an important piece of information, as the game-plan is installed during walk-through. If Welker wasn't going to play this week, he would have been held out. He missed practice so he could continue to get treatment on his ankle. Expect him to start versus the Colts in Week 11.

If the bolded is indeed true, how can one come to find out which players participate in the pre-practice walk-through weekly?

And further from RW:

Wes Welker (ankle) is officially listed as questionable for Week 11.

Welker's limited session on Friday was his sole practice participation of the week, but there still hasn't been anything to suggest he's actually in danger of missing Sunday's game against the Colts. We fully expect him to play. Welker is Rotoworld's No. 11 receiver for Week 11. Nov 16 - 5:17 PM

Welker has been listed as questionable a few times this year. It's not a precise term for the Pats.

ETA: Obvs monitor Sunday a.m., but I'm not overly concerned.

Going into the season the popular opinion was that NE was gonna phase Welker out this year, which I disagree with completely.Ridley's effectiveness I think is more detrimental to Welker's value than the addition of Lloyd.I still fully expect Welker to finish 100/1000+
Currently 89/1050+/4 and its not even half time.19 rushing TDs in NE so far this year.
