We are starting early today with some fish (cod) tacos. Tomorrow it's flank steak burritos.

Just finished making a batch of gazpacho for tomorrow; chill overnight. I'll make guacamole and marinate some flank steaks to grill for fajitas. Grill some onions and peppers.
