What big name stud WR are you benching this weekend (1 Viewer)

Admit it, this matchup is too good to ignore. Anyone benching a "bigger name" WR this weekend to start Santana?

:hophead:

FBGs have Moss at the bottom of WR1 rankings this week.

I like the matchup much better than they do, I'm benching Calvin Williams for Moss.

Probably going w/ Moss over Boldin
does anyone even read the thread title anymore?
Yes, but to create a thread title for every single receiver would be kind of ridiculous. Although I agree that you should try and tie in something about the thread topic at hand, saying you're starting another WR over another WR still is similar. In fact, I came in here to talk about another Washington receiver, Antwan Randle El. I dont' really want to create an ARE thread so I found something as close as I could. What I wanted to say is I've been really tempted to start ARE today, as I think he could have a sneaky good game. I haven't started him yet.....I have Lavernous Coles, P. Buress and Vincent Jackson all starting over him. Individually, I am not sure he has the better game when looking at each one but somehow, someway I have a feeling ARE out points one of those guys in a PPR.

Santana Moss is ranked #10 in points among WRs in my league. I don't think my league has any exotic scoring system much different form the average league. Why wouldn't he be starting for you every week?

Valid point. He's been in my lineups for probably 80% of my games this year. But just pointing out that this week, he has a KILLER matchup. And I know there are a lot of Santana haters ("one good game, then nothing for weeks" <--which hasn't been accurate this year) I have decided to bench several "bigger name" WRs for him this weekend. Randy Moss and Boldin to name a few. :goodposting:

I am starting ARE over TO because I think he has a better chance to have a very big game. I think if Dallas completes anything during the blitzes it will be short to Witten and Welker.:Blatently ignoring the thread title since this is not a WDIS forum and I don't want to see a hundred "Who are you starting X over" threads every week:
