What do you need Monday Night? (1 Viewer)

Need 5 points from either Greene or Powell.

Not sure which slug to start to get me that 5 pts. Going to start flipping a coin.

Best of 7

Best of 23

Best of 747 . . .

:bag:

Normally I would feel safe going into Monday night with a 40 point lead & going up against my opponents RB1. But Foster vs. Jets, I'm not lighting any vicory cigars juet yet.

5 point bonus is relased at 150 yards, 0.5 PPR - Foster will need something like 150 rushing yds, 2 TDs & 4 receptions for 60 yards. Not impossible.

a time machine
I was about to say I needed to find Dr. Brown and Marty to go back to yesterday morning and start Luck and Rudolph in place of RG3 and Bennett.
What was your thinking on the TEs? Tennessee has given up the most points to TEs of all NFL teams this year. Cleveland is #30 in points allowed to TEs of all NFL teams this year. Seems like Rudolph should have been playing instead of Bennett. $0.02

I need 35 points from Foster, Tate, and Daniels. (PPR league).

Thinking I get there, but you never know.

I'm up 17 with Foster and Daniels vs Andre and the Texans D (PPR). Feel pretty solid, but the game will have to be watched

4 points from Shayne Graham. I SHOULD be safe, but I never like having my game come down to a kicker.

If I win, I remain undefeated at 5-0, while at most, there will only be one other team at 4-1. I'm also hoping that Owen Daniels (plus 25 points) can outscore Foster and Schaub, to drop that team to 3-2.

Need 40 points from Foster, Jets WR Kerley (Return points league), and LaRon Landry vs David Harris on his team.

Not looking good, although it is possible.

Yeremiah Bell has to score 9 points. Not going to happen and I will be 1-4. UT = 1 pt, int, sack, safety worth 2. Not going to happen.

Now the question through 5 weeks my team has underperformed to the point where I am the lowest scoring team in the league, in order to be competitive I would have to change most of my roster...or I can hold tight, take my lumps and hope to finish last to assure a good draft position. I think I might as well pursue that strategy (still fielding a complete lineup from my current roster) - but not trying to improve since at this point I know the team is horrible and don't want to throw good money after bad.

I need Sanchez to throw 4 or 5 picks, Shonn Greene to put the ball on the turf twice and for Trindon Holliday to take a punt for a score. Basically, I need the Texans D to outscore Colstons game last night in a significant way. #dead.

I need S. Green or B. Powell to score 17 pts and I need to correctly guess beforehand which one will do it.

I told myself before the draft "Don't draft any Jets, don't draft any Jets..." Oh, beer.

Two TDs from the Texans D. Hey, they did it last week.

This is needed because I went up against both Colston and Cruz this week in a TD-only league. :o

23 from Foster to win in 1 league

29 from Foster in another (.5 PPR) league to win

while possible, I'm not overly optomistic...

good luck to the rest of you

I need 38 points from Arian Foster in ppr.

Maybe something like this?

125 yds rushing, 1 rushing td

9 rec for 80 yards and rec td

That's 41.

Had a GREAT week, so thankfully, nothing. Looks like I'll win 8/11 leagues this week!!! After winning only 3/4 the first couple weeks.

11 leagues would drive me insane. How do you root for players on your team when you are facing them in other leagues?

I don't focus on specific weeks or opponents... that's small potatoes. Some leagues are dynasty, some re-draft, some PPR, some not... I have similar players on a few teams but it's more about avoiding the 30% I don't like at their current cost this year and didn't pick them on any team. Like I was down on Cruz this year at his current cost but he's clearly a beast so that cost me opporunties, etc. It's not that hard. Every week make a list of 3-5 waiver wire guys/DEF and check each league if they are available. Doesn't take much time at all. Then half an hour to set line-ups/check injuries on Sunday.

i just need Schaub to have a relatively normal game, say 250/1 or 150/2. so PLEASE Jets, don't just lay down and let them run it down your throat... :bag:

I'm starting Foster + Tate in one league, but actually picked up Forsett so it may be him. Need 25 points.

Also (post trading away of 2 RBs), I went with Tate/Forsett over Bil Powell and didn't go with Casey, it's all a desperation ploy but I would at least hope Tate/Forsett out-points Powell & Casey.

In another league I have Foster + HOU defense needing to out-point Schaub.
