You definitely need help at TE.  That would be my first priority. 

Without knowing the starting requirements it's hard to say what else you need from there.  I would say your WR corps is a bit weak and you could use some youth infused into your RB's.  You have potentially a great stable of RB's for this year and possibly next but will need help after that.
