Can't find a whole clip of the segment but Hannity has been bashing her since she was a candidate. The trope of "The Face of the Democratic Party" has been around for her whole term, it ain't something new. But, to answer your question, yes, he was promoting this list as a bad thing for America and some dastardly deed that will be forced upon us.

I get that they want to paint her in that light since she is a young woman that leans more left than some in the party.  It's a trifecta of sorts to try to scare people that her policies are reflective of all of the left.  

It's sad if he and that channel got to the point where they have to put up a list like that to make them all a negative thing (again, of that is what he was doing) just because someone on the left likes those ideas.
