just some things I think I have been wrong about this summer....we'll see....
QB: Tim Tebow
I really thought he would be given the keys but I missed the boat here. I think the team does feel that he can play (they were shopping Orton afterall) but as long as Orton is in town and the Broncos are keeping their head above water, Orton may be the guy. Although if Orton struggles even a little bit, the fans will be demanding some Tebow time. I do think Tebow will have some fantasy impact this year at some point, just not now.
RB: Michael Bush:
I really thought someone would pay the price to have him come in and be their feature back (hello Bengals). While he may still have some nice games on occassion he might be hard to roster as long as DM is healthy. It's not that he is anything special, but I love the way this guy runs the football.
RB: Jahvid Best
I think the guy has every down feature back type ability. But apparently I am in the minority especially if I am hanging out with the brain trust in Detroit.
WR: Brandon Lloyd
I really thought last year was a fluke and I have passed on him in some drafts over the summer even when he offered what would seem like tremendous value. I'm starting to come around to the fact that he is entrenched as the WR1 in Denver and he may in fact be the type of playmaker that can put up points consistently. Orton staying and starting I think positions Lloyd for another solid year. While he may not have a top 3 type season again, I would not be surprised to see him be in the top 10.
TE: Owen Daniels
I don't think I have given Daniels enough credit. If he remains healthy I wouldn't be surprised to see him in the top 5 playing in that offense and I think he is player that will outperform his current draft position and be a part of some successful fantasy teams this year.
