It depends on what they did, how long it had been going on, and whether they lied about it in the past.

Loss of 1st round picks for the next two years and a hefty fine, maybe a loss to the Jets week 1. I don't understand why this isn't WAY worse than anything Chris Henry or Pac Man did -- they have ruined the integrity of the sport. They may as well have been betting on their own games or shaving points. I don't care if "everyone" does it, they got caught. Let the league come down hard and people will stop.

Patriots - forfeit one first round pick and 2-3 other picks

2) At least one high draft pick

3) Suspension of at least 4 games for head coach

4) Personal fines

I don't think overturning already played games would help. But I also think something like 3rd & 5th round picks would be a slap on the wrist.

Fines are meaningless to an NFL team, so fine the offenders personally.

If Belichick was responsible for this, and as head coach he ultimately must be, then any action without a suspension seems soft.
