On the bolded, can you unpack what actions should be included in deals? I think I know roughly what you mean, and think that would be a very good discussion to take.

So on labor I would use the Honduran model. 8 hour work days, 44 hour maximum week, 24 hours break at least once a week, 1 week vacation after one year,  etc. 

On the environment requirements in place to meet at least minimum US standards.
