I've been rooting for an 0-16 team for a long time now. I still wake up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat with visions of Greg Camarillo out running Reed & Winborne to the end zone in OT.
I'd have to say it's more likely that a team will be so bad it fails to win a game as opposed to a team being so good that it will win all of them. We consistently see teams that win two, three or four games, and in the games they win they almost lose. Those teams suck, and if anything one of those teams might avoid the breaks that got them a win en route to an 0-16 record. If only the league didn't have the freakin' Ravens.
For every powerhouse like the Patriots, there's 10 crapfests like the Dolphins. And I would always put my money on the good teams upsetting the great teams before the awful teams beating any team. I'd rather have my money on the Colts or Chargers against the Patriots than the Falcons against the Bears or Dolphins. JMO.
Sure. There hasn't been an 0-16 team, though. There has also been an undefeated team in the Super Bowl era, but they didn't go 19-0.The true feat is the 0-11-6 team. Yes, that technically could happen.

The 1991 Colts went 1-15 and won its only game by one point. And, yet, it didn't even sniff the top 10 worst teams of all time according to the NFL network. Some team will break through and go 0-16.
