I sit next to the person who drafts ahead of me and when it is their turn I sit and stare at them until they make their pick. If they are taking too long, while they are delving into their notes, I blast an air horn right next to their ear.If someone gets pissed, I pull out my 9 mill.i don't use a draft sheet. i just go in with my beverage and snacks.
it typically psyches everyone out.

On a serious note, I used to add the player's last four games - to see how they might benefit me down the stretch. It's how I ended up with MFaulk from the 4-hole a few years ago, and his late season heroics vaulted me to a super bowl victory.I add SOS by position.
That's not a bad idea. Also perhaps, comparing 3-game averages against the Week 14-16 opponents for '06.On a serious note, I used to add the player's last four games - to see how they might benefit me down the stretch. It's how I ended up with MFaulk from the 4-hole a few years ago, and his late season heroics vaulted me to a super bowl victory.I add SOS by position.

dude that is so funny.I sit next to the person who drafts ahead of me and when it is their turn I sit and stare at them until they make their pick. If they are taking too long, while they are delving into their notes, I blast an air horn right next to their ear.

Now THAT psyches people out.
when I have two players of comparable desirability/value, their ease of schedule down the stretch is a MAJOR consideration - more of a consideration than whether or not the player shares a bye week with another top player.I don't bother using this for my non-skill or non-starter players, but schedule down the stretch is most definitely a viable factor in the decision making process when all else is even between two players.at people worrying about week 14 before the season.
that is so far down the list of things to worry about on draft day.
Seems like a good strat. However, it's hard to argue that everything else would be equal for any two players. Could you cite a few examples? As was said a little earlier, I think you should be able to look at a list of 10 players and know which one represents the best value for your team.when I have two players of comparable desirability/value, their ease of schedule down the stretch is a MAJOR consideration - more of a consideration than whether or not the player shares a bye week with another top player.I don't bother using this for my non-skill or non-starter players, but schedule down the stretch is most definitely a viable factor in the decision making process when all else is even between two players.at people worrying about week 14 before the season.

I'll second that. SoS is used three different times by the time my final projections are done. The FF playoff weeks are weighed much heavier than the other two adjustments. Two answer the question Dominator fully tweaked per my specifications is my cheatsheet now.when I have two players of comparable desirability/value, their ease of schedule down the stretch is a MAJOR consideration - more of a consideration than whether or not the player shares a bye week with another top player.I don't bother using this for my non-skill or non-starter players, but schedule down the stretch is most definitely a viable factor in the decision making process when all else is even between two players.at people worrying about week 14 before the season.

On top of the page, I add the overall # I select in each round. It helps to compare these with ADP #s.Pos/Player/Projected Points/ADP/Bye

That's about right. I usually tape a team bye week schedule on the lower right corner because in the heat of battle a very small number denoting the bye week next to the player is often hard to read. I know the players I'm interested in and the week I'm looking for a bump so teh team schedule comes in handy.Broken down by position and then playerPlayers into Tiers, ADP, Bye and Notes.Pos/Player/Projected Points/ADP/Bye
