Technically, no. To us it might seem like it's changing temp. Sitting in front of a fan in an 80 degree room feels different than sitting in an 80 degree room with no fan, but it's still an 80 degree room. Now, there is the situation where a fan might be sucking cold air out of one room and blowing it into another, but even then the fan isn't changing temps, it's just moving air.Ahh, ok thanks. I must have confused two different things. So they don't change temperature, which pops has been preaching. They humidity / evaporation is completely unrelated that my mind somehow meshed in.
It should also be noted that sitting in an 80 degree room with 80% humidity is going to feel "hotter" than sitting in an 80 degree room with 20% humidity.
