Now I got a woman on speaker, told her my issue and that I was calling for the tenth time. Right now I've been on hold for ten minutes while she talks to her supervisor.

so true. Had this happen to me more than once. Watching the cable guy try to install a CableCard in my TiVo was brutal. Kept trying to tell me I should just rent a box from the cable company. I'm like "You're the one who keeps confusing the subscriber ID and the unit ID numbers." Getting the internet on was a whole second hassle, pretty much exactly the comic.
