When to draft a QB? (1 Viewer)

Ok, I'm in a 14 team redraft that starts 1 QB, 1 RB, 2WR's, 1 Flex (RB/WR) and I K and Def/ST. Scoring is 1/10 rushing and receiving and 1/25 passing. All TD's are 6 pts. I have the 5th pick.

It seems like every year our league drafts very early on QB's. I would guess that if I don't take one by 3.05 then 12-13 will be gone by my end of the 4th round pick.

So with this scenario, here are my options:

A. Take Manning at 1.05 because QB's are so valuable

B. Take one of Brees, Brady, Bulger, Palmer in 2nd or 3rd round because there is a significant drop off from here

C. Wait until 4th to take what left.

D. Wait until 6th, 7th, to take a QB and really gamble that no one will take their backups while grabbing every RB and WR in sight.

If 13 QB's are off the board in your league's 1st 3 rounds, you should be rolling in studs at the other positions and take a QB in the 5th/6th.
