dont remember. probably smoking weed in my buddys car outside the arcade up the road from the house. there was a long downhill/uphill straightaway in a sparsely populated and poorly lit neighborhood between there and the house and I do recall the title song cranked on one of many kill the headlights and floor it experiences on the way home. that song was born for high school kids getting stoned, driving fast and taking chances. it was a simpler time.

I cannot remember when I heard Master for the first time. I remember where I heard Kill Em All and Lightning. I remember hearing the black album for the first time and not liking it. That changed quickly.

I was a senior in HS in 86. Lots of booze and drugs that year. I do not really remember much of anything from that period in my life.

Same here. I was just getting into metal, so I ordered 13 (or whatever the number was) cassettes based purely on the album cover. Got some greats.
