Where would you slot Kevin Kolb in a rookie/FA draft? (1 Viewer)

I'm guessing he would be the first QB off the board, but maybe some disagree. Where you rank him against the rookies?

I have the 6th pick in my rookie draft coming up and if Kolb is there I will take him. I have Aaron Rodgers as my #1, but I just can't let Kolb slip by, eventhough I also have the 9th and 10th picks.. This league is a 10 team, non-PPR, non-IDP, standard scoring with 6pts per passing TD.

With the trash in this year's draft, probably fifth. Though I like Bradford at 5 (in rookie only drafts), I'm not patient enough to bypass Kolb's plush situation (and possible Top 5 upside down the road)

I grabbed Kolb at 1.05 in my rookie/FA draft and the 1.06 owner planned to take him with his pick.

To be honest, I'm mildly surprised that he would be AVAILABLE in many leagues. He's been rostered in every one of my dynasty leagues for over a year.

Below Bradford. Above Clausen/Tebow. Late 1st/early 2nd in a 12 team league.

Guy has proven zip zero nada at the NFL level and doesn't come with the billing of a future star. I think it's encouraging that the Eagles were willing to hand him the starting job on a platter, but it doesn't guarantee anything.

I think he's quite overrated compared with guys like Henne and Sanchez, who have similar long term prospects at a lesser cost.

A lot of leagues have roster sizes that make holding onto backup QBs tough.

I have been up and down on Kolb in the past 2 years, held him in one dynasty but dropped him after that horrible performance 2 years ago when he replaced McNabb, I think it was against Baltimore, but he looked just awful and I could never forsee him being of fantasy value, I hate to go back and look to see who I picked up off of waivers when I dropped Kolb, lol. I own Sanchez in two dynasty leagues and have offered him and a 2011 2nd rounder for Kolb and I get no takers. It will be interesting to see how Henne does now that he has Marshall.
