Where's D'Qwell Jackson today? (1 Viewer)

Browns stinking, 49ers getting tons of possesion...

Perfect D'Qwell game but I don't see him on the scoresheet. Anyone watching?

This guy is winning games for alot of people every week. He may turn out to be the IDP MVP of Season.....and win the IDP Comeback Player of the Year (does that award exist?)!!

People seem to forget how NASTY he was prior to his injury plagued 2 seasons. But he is making up for lost time. We should never see his name in a "Who do i start" post cause he is now

considered a given every week to be in your lineup.

I got credited for a recovered fumble on ESPN. Did he force it too or was there a different one?

Pitt had 2 fumbles. He recovered one and the announcers said he forced the other although I didn't see it.

Jackson made the initial hit but it was clearly Maiava that forced the fumble. The announcers incorrectly stated that Jackson forced it.

Bump.

Anyone know how Jackson only had one solo yesterday? Saved his day with the pick-six, but the tackle numbers are concerning.

I know the Eagles offense was a mess but McCoy was getting a lot of runs to the second level.

Browns game plan seemed to include lots of deep zone coverage. Jackson dropped into the deep middle often, leaving the OLB to clean up on base and nickel downs. There were also a lot of plays made along the sideline. His range and footwork looked fine and he closed well, just didn't get to the play in time. Bizarre to have so few tackles with 61 tackle opps, but I wouldn't make much of this yet.

He did make an INT, to make up for the lack of tackles...

I noticed in one of my leagues three of the top FA LBs for this week are other Cleveland players (L.J. Fort, Craig Robertson, and Kaluka Maiava). Were they rotating a lot?

Well the Browns were facing Andy Reid who had Michael Vick throwing 56 times with a fumble and four interceptions when LeSean McCoy was averaging nearly 10 yards a carry early on so the way the Browns countered was to off-set the illogical game plan of the Eagles.Mike Vick was rusty and he even felt lucky to get out of Cleveland with a win.

‘Did the Eagles quarterback feel lucky the game didn’t end in a loss right there?

“Oh man, yeah. I gotta get out of Cleveland,” Vick said. “I gotta get out of Cleveland.”

In all, Vick went 29-for-56 for 317 yards, two touchdowns and four interceptions in what was mostly a nightmarish outing.

I highly doubt the Browns will see that sort of offensive game-plan used against them anytime soon so I doubt D'Qwell will have to drop him into coverage as much as they did last Sunday.

As noted D'Qwell played on every defensive snap and since Fujita is apparently still out and Maiava is the fill-in for Gocong and James Michael Johnson is out for at least a few weeks, D'Qwell will continue to be the bellweather LB who'll likely get all of the snaps.

Looks set for IDP stardom as long as he's healthy and he will be getting more tackles don't worry.

Not good

Browns MLB D'Qwell Jackson (toe, calf) is listed as questionable for Week 9.

Jackson had been dealing with a foot/toe issues, and the calf injury was added on Saturday.
