1 PPR. I have 1 RB and 1 Flex position to fill. Out of the 3 listed below, which 2 should I start?

Mack vs Jax 

Fournette  @ IND

Fitzgerald @ KC

As for TE:

Ebron vs Jax or Reed @ TB?

I would go with Mack and Fitzgerald, simply because Fournette hasn't played in over a month, don't know how sharp he will be or what his usage will be like.

For TE I would go with Reed as Ebron has taken a backseat to Doyle.
