Which game was the most exciting this year? (1 Viewer)

I enjoyed the San Fran vs NO game. A friend of mine liked the first NYG vs Dallas game when JPP blocked the FG. Just curious as to what others think...

New Orleans/San Fran was amazing and by far the most entertaining game of the season for me, especially given the circumsnces.

On the homefront, Denver/Pitt, Denver/Oakland (the second one), and Denver/Minny were all very exciting. Denver/Chicago was exciting, but God awful for 3.5 quarters.

I know there were others, but I'm blanking... Green Bay/NYG V1 was a great game. So was Green Bay/NO to open the season. Agree with the poster who said Dallas/NYG V1. Detroit had some damn exciting games too. Very entertaining season overall.

NO@SF was a great game. Also, the comeback Lions over the Raiders was phenomenal as well. Didn't watch the other Lion comeback games, but I'd imagine 21-pt deficit comebacks were pretty entertaining.

Im with your friend on the NYG/Dallas pick. That was one hell of a game! And that's coming from a Jets fan....

The SF - New Orleans game become an instant classic in the 4th quarter.

Throughout the first 3 quarters, the game was mediocre. If you left the couch and did something else in the 4th quarter, you will

be kicking yourself for a while.

Add A. Smith to V. Davis as the 3rd installment of the "the catch".......

SF/NO's last 4 minutes were as wild as any game I've seen. With no real rooting interest, it was a blast to watch.

On the homer front, the 2nd Bal/Pitt game was a classic AFC North slobberknocker with Flacco coming through in the end.

Earlier in the season in a home game at Dallas, the Cowboys had the Detroit Lions put away and yet were able to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. For Lions' fans that had to be an exciting game to watch, particularly toward the end.

Yep. Pittsburgh down 16-6, battles back with 2 fourth quarter TDs to take a lead, then can't stop Flacco from leading a 92-yard, 13-play drive to score the winning TD with :08 left. And that game turned out to be the difference between Baltimore being the #2 seed and Pittsburgh having to go to Denver for the Wild Card game. And yet where Flacco's concerned, it's like that 300-yard game, and game-winning drive never happened.

SF/NO is hard to beat, but these were also great:

Balt/Pitt (the 2nd game)

Philly/Buffalo (great game)

Denver/Minnesota (exciting all the way, unlike a lot of the other Broncos comeback wins, which were boring till late in the game)

SD/KC (the MNF game)

Saints vs Atlanta 1st game that was played in Atlanta. Falcons Saints games are always battles. I didnt care for the ending of the Saints 49ers game but there is no denying it was a good game.

The 2nd DET/GB game was one for the ages. 1000 gross passing yards and 11 TD passes! Stafford threw for 520 and 5 TDs, Flynn for 480 and 6 TDs. Easily the greatest QB shootout in NFL history.
