One of my favs is Foster/DeAngelo Williams handcuff personaly. With that said I don't think many people expect my handcuff to be as productive as either of your options. I am still hesitant to take Mike Bell as early as he has gone in two of my drafts to date. So for me I doubt that the Bell/Bell connection would work. Dillon/Maroney is more manageable IMO.People have been really really high on Mike Bell in the two I have drafted in.Denver rbs are producers but I can see these two splitting carries for awhile. I think in New England, Dillon is the man until he's not and then it will be the Maroney show. My pick is Dillon and Maroney
Agree here. Dillon is "the starter" and Maroney is insurance + some spot work.Bell bros. is a potential headache waiting to happen if you're counting on RB1/2 type #s. Flex looks golden, but might be tough to depend on weekly. And they'll cost a couple rounds more draft wise.Dillon/Maroney is more manageable IMO.People have been really really high on Mike Bell in the two I have drafted in.Denver rbs are producers but I can see these two splitting carries for awhile. The thing I don't like about foster/deangelo is that you don't know who will get the goaline carries. Could be goings. If Denver does not pick up another back before the start of the season I am going to draft the bell bell handcuff, lots of upside and one of these guys should get a lot of work. One of my favs is Foster/DeAngelo Williams handcuff personaly. With that said I don't think many people expect my handcuff to be as productive as either of your options. None of the above....it's Rhodes and Addai
So was larry johnson and priest a handcuff or a pair?Neither Dillon/Maroney or Bell/Bell (or Dayne) are really handcuffs - they are pairs - each of the RB will be drafted based on anticipated value during the season.A true handcuff, like Michael Turner or Maurice Morris would only have value if the RB1 on their team was to be injured.
They were a pair - Johnson had some value even running x number of plays with Priest getting more carries - look back to the threads last year at this time where some advocated drafting both (at a pretty high price) - the combination would be Huge. But that did not make LJ a handcuff - obviously his carries and thus value would go way UP if Priest was injured. There are only about half a dozen "real handcuff" situations this year.So was larry johnson and priest a handcuff or a pair?Neither Dillon/Maroney or Bell/Bell (or Dayne) are really handcuffs - they are pairs - each of the RB will be drafted based on anticipated value during the season.A true handcuff, like Michael Turner or Maurice Morris would only have value if the RB1 on their team was to be injured.
