Which laptop is the better deal? (1 Viewer)

I need a laptop that can run my DJ program, while also having a few youtube windows running at the same time. Other than that, my only use is school work/general browsing. I'm told that I should get an i5 processor with 8gb to handle the dj/youtube stuff. Which of these would be the better option? I can get either for within $20 of each other.
