Standard league. Thielen vs GB or Perriman vs HOU?

Perriman, and I actually think its a pretty easy call. Thielen hasn't done anything in 2 months. I didn't see enough evidence last week, to know if he's fully healthy yet, and Perriman has a good matchup, with a QB who is a WR's best friend.
