Who gets the record TD ball? (1 Viewer)

Dunno. I think Brady's record is much bigger as he doesn't have the asterisk for games that the Moss record has.J
I would think Moss, because without Moss Brady is not that great of a QB....BTW, I'm not fishing, it's true. Look at the TDs by Brady during the time he didn't have Moss... heck most of Moss' TDs were lob balls by Brady that Moss went and got...
:hophead: If you start of a sentence by saying "I'm not fishing," then you are fishing.

What happened to or who got to keep the record breaking TD ball for Moss and Brady? Is it off to the Hall of Fame?

Dan Faria, Atlanta

A: On his weekly radio interview on WEEI, I believe that Brady said the two agreed that one of them will get the ball that tied each record, and the other will get the ball that broke each record. Brady indicated he would get the record-tying ball, while Moss would get the record-breaking ball.

I would think that it would be cooler having only half of the ball knowing that the other half is owned by a person who broke a record on the same play. Every time one of them would look at the ball they could take pride in not only just their accomplishment but in making the others accomplishment possible.

Yeah this was my thought also. I actually thought it'd be pretty cool to cut both the tying and setting balls in half, split the halves, and sew them together for one "uber" trophy.

:goodposting: ridiculous. Moss holds the record for most TD's in a season. Jerry Rice still has the record for most TD's per game in a season by a WR. Two different records as I am sure you know.
