Surprised: Chase Edmonds - beginning of TC I thought of him only as a handcuff, didn’t recognize his role & stand alone value

Impressed: Justice Hill - ready a lot quicker than I thought. Bit undersized but like his talent a lot.

Suprised - aside from the obvious, the continued overreacting of the community when watching preseason practice and games.  When teams have started resting their players the whole preseason, it's time to give up the ghost.

Impressed - Andrew Luck.  Takes a lot of balls to admit to yourself that you just can't handle it any more and leave 100m on the table, no matter how much you have in the bank. Especially when you consider his injuries he'll be thankful for this move when he can play with his grand children later in life.

Gallup is looking pretty solid. Well that and Dak is finally connecting on passes to him instead of throwing it over his head or straight into the ground.

Surprised: Emmanuel Sanders/ Joe Flacco - both look really solid in Denver, another team that will win more games than people think.

Trying to choose new names 

Surprised:  Rashaad Penny. I thought for sure he would earn a lot of hype, eat away at Carson’s adp and have people predicting a 50/50 split at worst. 

Impressed: Ty Johnson. I didn’t think he would be good enough to warrant any kind of role this year but he looks to be in position to get a small workload and he’s shown high end burst that could result in him making a handful of big plays this year.

Surprised:  Rashaad Penny.  I thought he would look much better than he has so far.  To me, Carson is the clear 1A in this backfield barring an injury.

Impressed:  Chad Kelly, and this is now more interesting for obvious reasons.  I think Brisset will be just fine because he has a good team around him, but if he falters or gets injured keep and eye on this knucklehead.

Surprised: Darwin Thompson - His ADP and value have skyrocketed in recent weeks.

Impressed: JJ Arcega-Whiteside - looked like a total stud preseason week 3.

Surprised - Preston Williams I didn't think he would make the team being an UDFA and having the mediocre pro-day he had.

Impressed - Preston Williams He has beaten two of the best CB in the league in the Jac game but was thrown bad passes. The week before nearly had the highlight of the week when he tipped the ball to himself and caught it for a 40+ TD but his toe was barely out. 

If not for a toe and a couple bad passes he's looking at 100+ yards and 2 TDs the last 2 games. One of those long TDs would have been against the best CB in the league in Jalen Ramsey.
