FBG projections are assigned based on player IDs.
Rock Cartwright is CartRo01 so I'm assuming Rodney Carter was CartRo## and there was just a simple mixup, but those projections are for Cartwright.

Rodney Carter was a supplemental draft pick in September, taken in the 1st round. He entered the league early after academinc issues.
He ran a 4.1s 40, which is incredible since he stands 6-3, 265.
He is described as being the next Barry Sanders, Christian Okoye and Walter Payton morphed together.
