Who is the biggest waste of talent..and who needs to step down as a co (1 Viewer)

SCGiants

I have to believe its Brandon Lloyd.. the guy is aweome..quite capale of making circus catches..and now is virtually tossed aside in Washington!

With a offense that has Portis as a RB and Betts to follow..ROCK behind him PLUS top WRs like Moss, Lloyd and Randle el I cannot believe how sour the Redskins play!

As a Giants fan I was more worried facing Wash this year than Dallas or Philly and its unbelievable how poorly this team is....yes I am gonna say it....how poorly it is coached.

I will be the first to say that Coach Gibbs deserves his HOF status for what he accomplished in the 80's.. but how long will this sap of an owner let this demoralization continue? For Gods sake I cannot believe that the fans aren't begging Gibbs to step down.. and what a position he is putting Snyder in! Imagine having to fire Gibbs the HOF coach that brought fame to the very team he has now destroyed?

As a Giants fan I am quite happy this is happening.. but as a NFL fan Gibbs needs to go..and he needs to step down himself.

To waste talent like Lloyd is upsurd.. to lose this many games with the talent Washington has is coaching...don't blame it on Brunell.. he is quite capable with WRs of that magnitude.

OH...and no I don't have Lloyd on my roster... but am disgusted with that team, likewise the 49ers, to see what was a powerhouse of a franchise go straight down the tubes. As a NFL fan I like to see the league remain competitive..and certain teams fans I respect..Washington, GB, Bills (another team with major issues), Miami, KC, Seattle, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Detroit and a few others.. and to see some of these once powerhouses belly up kills me when their fans remain so loyal...meanwhile most fans (not all by any means) of the Jets, Dallas, 49ers, Arizona, Patriots, Cincy, Philly and especially Oakland only show their colors when they are winning..only wear their Jackets and hats and proudly display their teams when they have a good year... those are the "fans" that deserve mediocre franchises..the wishy-washy fans that deserve wishy-washy teams.

Come on Gibbs! Quit before you make Snyder even more hated ..walk out with some dignity.

Not sure what you're really trying to accomplish here.

Oh well, Lloyd will be a good player but people need to show some patience. In dynasty leagues, I'm still holding.

Not trying to accomplish anything lol.. just speaking my mind at 4am when I cannot sleep...deluisonal maybe? lol Its more of a general football post (RANT) than a FF post but watching a team loaded with what could be deep talent fantasy and otherwise waste away is a shame. The same could be said for Oaklands Jordan, Moss and Porter.

Jerry Porter is an obvious answer. To let that talent sit on the bench while your team can't manage to win a game is ridiculous. I'm not a Raiders fan and I don't own Porter, but I just don't see the point. I understand that the Raiders apparently needed some disipline and that is part of the reason they brought in Shell, but to punish the whole team because one player pissed you off...

I also think C. Brown is a big waste of talent. Yeah, the guy can't stay healthy, but when he is healthy he has shown some real talent. I'm having a hard time understanding why they don't just let this guy go. They could have at least tried to trade him instead of having a healthy, starting quality RB inactive each week...seems pretty stupid to me.

exactly..so much waste and considering how short a players career is there should be an "out clause" so-to-speak for these players that do not get utilized.

I think Chris Brown could wind up with a career similar to Thomas Jones ... he goes on to another team and becomes a serviceable even quality NFL back.

I think Willis McGahee is the most overrated skill position player in the NFL ... not sure if it qualifies as a waste of talent or not, but ...

Well, it's partly a question of talent, and partly a question of the system. See Kevin Jones, who now appears to have hit his stride when he got an OC who recognized his skills, and has an offense to match.

For whatever reason, I think Chambers is being underutilized, and JJ Arrington may have been better than we thought. I also expected Javon Walker to be better this year, although his return from injury and a conservative Denver offense may have something to do with it. Generally speaking, however, (and I think FBG's posted something about this a couple of years ago), WR's do not thrive immediately after they go to a new team.

Is nt McGahhe third or fourth in Rushing yards in the NFL , plus he does it with zero OL .You are totally wrong on McGahee.
