Hey MOP here is a math problem for you.

Had February 29th fallen on a Sunday and not a Monday, which day before and/or after would be the first day you would be working "for free." 

Every minute I spend in that school I am donating my time, something most people around me either recognize or figure out quickly.  

Most of the teachers still employed from the start of the year...pains me to say this but they really need the job. They live paycheck to paycheck, they can't all afford to be as irate as I am all the time. I teach how money works and the rule of 72 to my 7th graders...some of them decided to show this to other teachers and I started being asked for financial service advice. I was happy to show them some basics but it doesn't change the fact most of them don't have 2 nickels to rub together. Hard to inspire the youngsters about fulfilling their dreams when they are living a nightmare.

I miss the least amount of time. I took a day after I went to see Mia-Dal with a Cowboys fan visiting me. Maybe 1 other day, most of these teachers are gone all the time. We have permanent subs at the school everyday and even in the rare case we are fully staffed, principal just puts them in the classroom to help assist. 

I'm not going to continue this for much longer. Time better spent building my business but I don't want to fire up that thread today.

Kind of sad that you compare yourself to people you probably find irresponsible and worthless to the profession. But hey, you're better than they are.

Sometimes I think "MOP must be angling for a better result in next year's bracket, no way any human being is this stupid." But, then I remember all the other stupid stuff he's so proudly shown off, and think, maybe, somehow, through some quirk of random genetics, a human being could really actually be this dumb and somehow manage to not choke on his own drool.

So, maybe?

I think I live in the real world vs the TV land most of you view life thru. I won't read the resume but I doubt most have had the adventures and misadventures of MOP. That is mainly do to folks inability to engage on the spot. FFA forum no sweat, but most folks freeze in real life situations. And honestly I bet the % would be much higher from the group we have assembled here but the majority of folks avoid conflict in life. I should probably follow suit for my own good.
