I like Perry a lot too. When healthy he's flashed impressive talent. Drafting Irons was interpreted by some as giving up on Perry, but I think that was unfair. Rudi is going to turn 28 this season and there was no dependable RB depth behind him. After he comes off of PUP, Perry has a shot at some reps and could re-emerge as a viable starting quality RB in Cincinnati. Since he can be had for a song, should step readily into the RB2 spot in Cincy when/if healthy later this year, and has shown big time talent when he's been given the opportunity, he seems like a valuable stash and wait candidate.
