Will That Dog Hunt? 2025 Redraft & Dynasty! (3 Viewers)

15.(172)Cleveland (Cle - DEF)
16.(189)Wil Lutz (Den - K)
17.(196)Wan'Dale Robinson (NYG - WR)

Pretty standard 12 team PPR league, apart from start 2 WRs and two flex spots (WR/TE and WR/RB). TLaw was a mistake which I'm hoping to trade out of. I've taken a few big swings which makes it fun for me.

Just got done with my 12 team 0.5ppr superflex. 4 point passing tds
Pretty big starting lineups: 1 qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, 1 wr/te, 1 te, 1 flex, 1 superflex (you can put a second qb here), 1 kicker, 1 defense.

QBS: Lamar Jackson, Baker Mayfield
RB’S: Jahmyr Gibbs, Breece Hall, James Connor, Skattebo, Trey Benson, Braylon Allen, Tyler Allgier
WR’s: Terry McLaurin, Xavier Worthy, Rome Odunze, Keenan Allen, Christian Kirk
TE: Evan Engram
Bills defense
McPherson kicker
Sick QB pair, Gibbs, Worthy should keep you in the hunt. If Connor and/or hall comes through you’ll be cookin with gas. I like the Hall/Allen combo too.

If all that happens and TMc gets his *** on the field you’ll be a serious contender.
Thank you. It was an auction format—and I started out big on Lamar, Gibbs and paid a decent price for Baker. My Wr’s were where I had to sacrifice—but I feel like I have some talent there. I haven’t been following engram much—so I’m not sure where I stand at TE. He’s ranked pretty good on the draft sheets and I got him for $4 out of $200 budget. I’m just hoping he’s decent enough to be middle of the pack.

hunting or back to the waiver wire?????

I think you have a very solid team that has the potential to be an elite team based on how CMC performs. If he’s anywhere near a top 5-7 rb and stays healthy—I think you’ll be tough to beat (assuming you don’t suffer catastrophic injury elsewhere). I ilke that you “insured” him with Brian robinson—although my guess is that if he gets hurt—guerendo will be in the mix as well. Hampton has a lot of upside and Kamara should have a nice floor. You have upside with Warren—and I like your depth at WR. Can I ask at what draft position you drafted CMC? To land him and Jefferson seems tough.

12 team half-PPR redraft. 1-3-1-flex, out of the 1 hole:

Lamar
Young

C Brown
Pacheco
JCM
Allen
Ollie Gordon
Tahj Brooks

Chase
McLaurin
Sutton
J Reed
Downs
Mims

Warren
Loveland

Elliott

Lions

To me, the entire team hinges on whether “Bill” is a thing or not.

You have some nice pieces. I like Gibbs to start, I like your next pick with Ladd. Your wr’s are solid with Ladd, JSN, McMillan and Jeudy. I actually don’t think Lawrence was the mistake. I think Goff and Tua were the mistake. I am of the belief that this season—there are 4-5 real difference maker quarterbacks—and beyond that—the gap between them is not huge. I personally would not have waited for qb and then drafted Goff at round 8. I would have rather waited until rounds 9-11 and ended up with guys like Dak, Purdy, Love…etc.. I also personally love the Breece pick near the tail end of the 4th. Gibbs and Breece are nice—and Tracy could be good to start the season—but I do worry about his ability to hold the job down. I think you are solid overall, but that you could possibly use some more depth at RB. Of course—if Walker gets hurt and Charbonnet gets a bigger role—that could be the solution. I also think that in a 12 team single qb league—you really don’t need to even be rostering 2 qb’s

I drafted 10th......not sure at all why those 2 both slid. Its normally a solid draft (in our 28th year) but for some reason people went nuts in the first 2 rounds.

NFFC ROC, drafted 1.03 with 3RR

QB - Mayfield
RB - Gibbs, Hampton
WR - Ladd, MH2, Flowers
TE - LaPorta
FL - [whoever’s healthy between Stevenson, Reed, or the bench for 3 weeks]
K - DET TK
D/ST - BAL
BN - JJM, Stevenson, Bigsby, Allgeier, Roschon, Miles Sanders, Addison (S), Royals, Likely, LAC D/ST

Need one of the bench scrubs to hold down the fort at flex while Addison is suspended.

In this format, the first 3 games are all-play. Top 6 get a win, bottom 6 get a loss. Then it’s H2H 4-14.

I didn’t like this team on draft day. It’s growing on me.

I like this team a lot. I think Mayfield (along with maybe 2 other qbs) is at a tier just below the elite guys—so I think you’re good here. Gibbs is a beast, and Hampton should be a beast—and especially so to start the season with Najae still practicing on the sidelines. Your WR’s are studs. I think that once Addison comes back—your team is strong top to bottom. I do like your upside rb’s on your bench—and Laporta is a solid tight end. I think this dog will hunt.

I like it a lot. Top 2 or 3 team all season.

I think you'll be fine streaming Goff/Lawrence/Tua at QB. Kraft could easily sneak into the top 5 at the TE position.

10tm .5ppr redraft

QB: Dak, Trevor Lawrence

RB: Jonathan Taylor, Hampton, Henderson, Bigsby, Scatteboo, Ekler, Ollie Gordon

WR: Ceedee, Tyreek, Tetairoa, Hunter, Godwin

TE: Bowers, Warren

Taking TE early was very out of character for me; tilted a bit, felt I needed high upside there rest of the draft.
I think you smashed it.

Any time you get under 12 teams, I'm hugely in favor of paying up for TE and/or QB. QB is easier to stream. Dak could be top 5. I think Lawrence is super undervalued this season as well.

RB's are really strong. I'd be happy with Taylor and 1 of Hampton/Henderson. Getting both is pretty absurd.
WR room is really strong.

Top 2 or 3 team all season.

Thanks - I took the 2nd D/ST because look at the combined schedule of BAL & LAC.

Appreciate everyone putting this thread together and participating.

I've got a handful I'd love to get checked. I'll start with my FBG Shark Pool draft. I feel good about it, but playing against the full shark pool, it's probably pretty thin margins.

Achane scares me, but you have solid depth here with Mason.

Receivers are solid, Kittle abut to be an absolute target hog.

She’ll hunt. 🐶

12 Teams, SF, TEP
0.75 PPR for RB, 1 PPR for WR, 1.5 PPR for TE
4 Point passing TD's

Always a fun thread.
16 Team IDP .75 PPR, TD's are based on length...ex 1yd TD run is 3 points but a 20+ is 6. It varies by the length. ( I know it's odd but it been that way for almost 30 years now. lol big play heavy)
We keep 6 players on OFF and 8 on DEF so it's more of a keeper/dyno hybrid. Previous keepers bolded. Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 2 DL, 2 LB, 2 DB 1 ST

QB: Joe Burrow, Cam Ward
RB: Kamara, Kaleb Johnson, Braelon Allen, Quinshon Judkins (taxi squad)
WR: Chase, BTJ, JSN, Jayden Higgins
TE: McBride, Waller
K: McPherson, Carlson
DL: Myles Garrett, TJ Watt, Verse
LB: Spillane, Wagner, Demetrius Knight
DB: Derwin James, Moering, Chauncey Gardner-Johnson
ST: Seahawks, Steelers

My draft:
1.14 14 Baton Rouge Raiders Johnson, Kaleb PIT RB (R)
2.14 30 Baton Rouge Raiders Judkins, Quinshon CLE RB (R)
3.06 38 Baton Rouge Raiders Ward, Cam TEN QB (R)
3.14 46 Baton Rouge Raiders Higgins, Jayden HOU WR (R)
4.02 50 Baton Rouge Raiders McPherson, Evan CIN PK
5.14 78 Baton Rouge Raiders Knight, Demetrius CIN LB (R)
6.14 94 Baton Rouge Raiders Steelers, Pittsburgh PIT ST
7.14 110 Baton Rouge Raiders Seahawks, Seattle SEA ST
8.14 126 Baton Rouge Raiders Barron, Jahdae DEN CB (R)
9.14 142 Baton Rouge Raiders Waller, Darren MIA TE

Full draft is here is anyone enjoys that detail.

Post draft:
Moved Judkins to Taxi and picked up Braelon allen
Dropped Barron due to bye conflict and picked up Chauncey Gardner-Johnson

My thoughts:
* I tend to draft mostly rookies to compliment my vets so even though the draft is a mix of veterans and rookies I always go rookie heavy hoping a couple hit each season.
* I needed to get younger and better at RB: Surprised Kaleb fell but was thrilled. Same for Judkins. His situation makes for a great Taxi squad player. I think Breece is gone next season or a trade deadline target.
* Being a Hurricanes fan I got to see a lot of Ward. Kid has the juice. Hopefully he'll have a great season and then I'll have a tough decision.
* Very optimistic for Higgins @ 3.14. Loved the value
* Want to get younger at LB but missed out on Schwesinger who went at 2.12. So just punted the idea and will hound the wire or look at a trade later in the season.
* last pick was a flyer at TE. I don't expect much from Waller but if he does half what Jonnu did then he's a decent enough bye week filler. Fannin and Terrence Ferguson are both still available. I like Fannin but he also has a week 8 bye with McBride and I am super thin that week already. Although I may just snag Fannin and hope for the best. My opponent it not real strong and week 8 is hitting him hard too.

Overall very happy with the team and how the draft played out. I'd still like to improve at RB. The Achane owner is a huge Steelers fan and seems open to discussion. Might try to package Kamara and Watt to make a run at him. Watt is a monster in this league especially when paired with Garrett, but I do like Verse and think he could be the next big DE.

Might hunt. RB are pretty thin. QBs solid (jury’s out on TLlaw). If ETN stays in JAX or moves to a better situation, and Henry has another big year in him, this dog might hunt.

How does this look? 12 team, 0.5 PPR:

  • QB: Daniels

  • WR: D Moore, D Smith, Waddle, Pearsall, Burden
  • TE: Ferguson

The “all risk” RB room.

.5 PPR I like it. Should hunt. Daniels cost you at WR, but he should make up for it with his legs.
100% haha. It’s more of a casual fun league so I went with a wild RB/RB/QB/RB start, and all high ceiling injury prone dudes.

I’ll either come first or last.
