Grand Prize:

• Winner and a guest will shadow Kurt Warner on-field during the NFL Network pre-game, half-time, and post-game show of the San Francisco 49ers vs. St. Louis Rams game on Thursday, September 26, 2013 (only Rams colors or neutral colors may be worn; bags are not permitted in the Edward Jones Dome)
  

• Winner and a guest will watch the game with Kurt Warner and other Rams personnel in a private suite with two tickets provided by the St. Louis Rams (only Rams colors or neutral colors may be worn; bags are not permitted in the Edward Jones Dome)
  

• Winner will receive roundtrip airfare for two to Lambert International Airport, departing 9/26/13 and returning 9/28/13 (winner must be at least 100 miles outside St. Louis but within the continental 48 states) OR $150 Visa gift card should winner elect to drive and/or is within 100 miles of St. Louis
  

• Winner will receive a two-night stay provided by Lumière Place (Check-in 9/26/13 – Check-out 9/28/13)
  

• Winner will receive luxury car service provided by JED CCL to/from airport (if needed)
  

• Winner will receive a $50 food credit provided by Stadium Sports Bar and Grill located at Lumière Place
  

• Winner will receive two infield Field Box tickets (Section 154) provided by the St. Louis Cardinals to Chicago Cubs vs. St. Louis Cardinals on Friday, September 27, 2013 (NOTE: Kurt Warner will not be in attendance)
  

• Winner will receive a Kurt Warner autographed Rams jersey
  

• Winner will be awarded a cash prize in the amount of $931.00 to mitigate the Winner's tax liability that results from winning the raffle. This prize is withheld and paid, on behalf of the Winner, directly to the IRS ($784.00) and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts ($147.00). The actual amount awarded may be adjusted proportionally based on the value of the actual prizes received.
