Who should I keep? (1 Viewer)

This is for a 2QB, PPR league....whoever I keep I lose that round in the draft....

Julio Jones in 1, Lamar Miller in 1 (last year's keeper becomes a 1 this year), Keenan Allen in 2, Drew Brees in 4, Duke Johnson in 6, Travis Kelce in 7, Julian Edelman in 8, or Jameis Winston in 9....

Since it's a 2 QB league, IMO it's down to Brees and Winston.  I would keep Winston since the round value is much better and he is much younger so he can be a long term keeper, even if it means you have to give up a 1st in future years.  In 2 QBs leagues, in my experience, good QBs will dominate the 1st round.

Agree it comes down to Brees or Winston. I'd actually lean slightly toward Brees. He's an elite player, and would likely be a top-5 overall pick if you drafted from scratch. I like Winston, but he's a least a tier, and probably 2 tiers lower. If this were a dynasty league I'd value Winston higher, but since you only keep 1 guy, Brees feels like a better deal.

I'd keep Julio - He is the most valuable player (assuming 4 points per TD pass) and since he is a 1 this year you're not losing anything there. You can almost certainly get Winston and depending on where you draft, Brees too. If you toss back Julio I highly doubt he makes it past pick 1.01 in the draft.

The dominating factor is that it is a 2 QB league.  I would guess almost every team will keep a QB.  Although with the round prices you currently have for Brees and Winston maybe your other owners treated this more like a 1 QB league and there isn't a huge rush to keep or get QB's.  It seems strange that in a 2 QB league you were able to get Brees in the 4th and Winston in the 9th last year.  I would have expected them to go much higher in that format.  That would be something only you would know but it would be a nice piece of information in order to properly evaluate your situation. 

You didn't say how many teams are in the league as that would have some bearing on which QB I would want to keep.  I would also want to know what pick in the 1st round you have.  There is a way you could  freeze Winston and draft Brees in the 1st and have your 2 QB's set for the year.  I would probably look to see if that was possible.

If nobody keeps QB's and they all go later in the draft as evidenced by your round costs with Brees and Winston then I probably keep Julio (especially if you are at the end of the first round).

I would keep Winston and hope he takes a big step forward this year. plus the 9th round value is also nice

It is a 10 team league and most of the other teams do tend to wait on QB. I don't know my draft spot is yet at this point. 4 pts per passing TD.
