I can only actually start 3 of these 5, but just vote for the one you'd most like to see sit.

This is a head-to-head league with stat categories: R,H,1B,2B,3B,HR,RBI,BB,SB & AVG.

I'm pretty solid in the power stats with A-Rod, Ortiz & Kinsler. I tried to get some increased average and speed from my outfield, but am struggling in SB since Ichiro is not really doing anything great yet.

All comments on why or suggestions are very welcome.

TIA.

I'd sit DeJesus (possible injury) and Matsui (1st game back, hopefully).

CF David DeJesus was a late scratch from the Royals lineup Sunday with a sore left ankle, which he hurt on Saturday. (Updated 04/22/2007).

DeJesus is certainly one to sit if he's not playing. Hopefully, you can afford to wait and see if he's in the lineup or not. If you can't, then I'd assume he's not playing.

So it looks like DeJesus is going to be out. That was probably an easy choice since he's got probably the toughest pitching matchup and has injury issues.

I'm leaning toward starting Matsui since he said he's "100%" and he will probably be a little more pumped to be back in the Yankee lineup, I actually think he'll put up some numbers tonight.

Also, after thinking about it....I don't think I can leave out Ichiro. He's got too much potential in stats that I need help in. Which leaves me to choose between Cuddyer and Baldelli.

Any thoughts on Cuddyer vs. Baldelli?

I'd start Baldelli from that choice because the Yankees will have less options from the bullpen. They've really had to pitch a lot of their pen all season and last night didn't help any.I'd also agree with starting Matsui and Ichiro. Ichiro has had a slow start this year. Maybe that's becoming a pattern since last season was slow too. But given your options, I'd keep him in the lineup.
