I play in a league where we get to keep up to 2 players for the next season. Now i’m in limbo whether to keep Ceedee Lamp, Saquon Barkley or neither? Any input Will be much appreciated.

What is the cost of keeping them?  Do you lose a round or do they count as your 1st two picks so if you don't keep them you get a 1st round and 2nd round pick?

Need more info to answer properly.  Also how many teams and starting requirements would be helpful too.
