Keeper league,  PPR. with my first pick, the best available will be D. Cook, Julio Jones or C McAffrey...which one to pick?

McCaffrey is the pick for me.  Who was your keeper?  That might change my mind to Julio.  McCaffrey is going to get 20+ touches every game and looks to be getting a lot more goal line attention in pre-season.

Thx...,my keepers (its based on the round drafted the prior year) are Hopkins(3), Ertz (4), Adams (5), A Collins (10)

I initially was leaning Jones but since you already have Hopkins and Adams I would change that to McCaffrey.  They are close enough and since it is a full PPR CMC gets the nod for me.
