You are in the IDP side of the forum (individual defensive players) which is on,y frequented by a handful of diehard defense fans. You might get more traffic in the regular Assistant Coach forum.
But since you’re here and we love it when people drop by, I’d go with Waller this week. Matchup is pretty juicy and Rams’ D is underrated.

Waller has been slipping of late as Carr has been spreading the ball around only 14 targets the last thee week, and Andrews has a higher floor as the Baltimore passing game runs through the TEs,. Andrews is the #1 target for Lamar Jackson with 19 more then the next closest receiver...
