May be a tad early to ask a "who to start" question but I'm flying overseas on Wednesday so will be out of reach.

Need 1 of these RBs...

Ballage against Baltimore

Guice against Philly

Royce Freeman against Oakland

I like Guice as a player but I think Washington will be behind early and that may put Guice in a bad gamescript.  Ballage is th same as Guice but much less talent.
