Who Will Be the Week 4 Waiver Wire Darling? (1 Viewer)

Mario Manningham - WR - Giants Mario Manningham (concussion) has been downgraded to out for Week 3.

Manningham was listed as doubtful after missing his third straight practice Friday, and was never likely to suit up this week. Victor Cruz will start in his place opposite Hakeem Nicks, and should be in for a long afternoon against Philadelphia's elite secondary. Source: ESPN New York Sep 24 - 3:46 PM

I don't like his match-up with the Philly corners but he'll certainly have his opportunity.

it is a long shot but worth a cheap bid now is LeRon McClain. When he has been given the chance to run the backfield he has done well (i.e. 2008 season 232 carries, 902 yds, 10 TD)

Gregg little
Evan Moore if he's still out there for you. Predicting 2 scores.
Understood why you would look at the TE first in Cleveland because there aren't any stand out WRs starting yet. That is precisely why Little should easily become the top wideout. The team is just bringing him along slowly for FF standards. McCoy has never had a real NFL WR to throw to yet. Will be interesting to see what happens if Little develops into The Guy.

came here to post Victor Cruz but since his name is already out there, how about Steve Slaton? could he be a better back than Tate, given the chance? with Foster and Ward hurting, Slaton may get some carries.

Tate still has a way to go to match Slaton's rookie year. how quickly we forget?

2008-09 Houston 16 games, 268 carries, 1282 yards, 4.8avg, 9 TD. 50 rec, 377 yards, 1 TD.

While I agree that he may see some work with Charles out, pointing to his 3.88 ypc average the one time he had extensive work is not going to help your argument much. That is not really very good...
