12. Jason Witten (TE who takes a big step forward) - McMichael

1. Anderson (young QB who takes a huge step forward) - V.Young, I like Campbell and Edwards here too.

2. Favre (veteran QB who ends up being a great value) - McNabb, honorable mention to Delhomme.

3. Steven Jackson (young RB who many expect to turn into a stud but ends up regressing) - Don't see who could fit this one (without ADP breaking his leg). I don't vote Grant here 'cause I don't think that many expect him to turn into a stud, especially after losing Favre. Not exactly young either, just new.

4. Jamal Lewis (veteran RB who many think will decline but shows that he has plenty left in the tank) - Rudi, Thomas Jones and Edge come close, but I believe more people have put a fork in Rudi and he can come back w/ 1200/9.

5. Clinton Portis (RB who holds off competition and ends up being a great value) - Big Brandon Jacobs. I like the calls of A.Green here too. I also don't think Fargas will "hold off" DMC, but he'll post some good #s along side Darren.

6. Adrian Peterson (Vikes) (Young RB who makes a significant impact) - Jeebus, pick one? There is no ADP this year, but I say Stewart#1, K.Smith/McFadden#2a/b, CJIII#4, M'hall/Felix/Forte#5a/b/c, Rice#8 for '08.

7. MJD (TD vulture) - Rice (I don't think M'hall qualifies as you can't "vulture" much from FWP's 3 TDs).

8. Braylon Edwards (promising young WR who takes another big step forward) - CJII, duh! I too like Holmes, Bowe & Rice.

9. Javon Walker (promising young WR who many people expect to break out but ends up regressing) - Roddy White, I don't think Jennings qualifies, as he's already broken out and nobody would have expected him to improve much on his #s if Favre were still there.

10. Randy Moss (veteran WR who many think will decline but shows that he has plenty left in the tank) - Marvin. Honorable mention, Ward & Moose. Holt & T.O. are good calls too, but not nearly as many think that those two will finish w/ <1K yards.

11. Braylon Edwards (WR ranked anywhere from 15-30 in the pre-season who surprises even his biggest supporters and puts up monster numbers) - Sidney Rice will be the most improved of the breakout candidates from ? #8.

12. Jason Witten (TE who takes a big step forward) - Tony Scheffler and Z.Miller gets another strong vote from me. I've given up on V.D.

I went with ADP by default because I don't really feel that strongly about him this year. He probably won't regress as bad as Jackson, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him get hurt like SJax did.
