Whos starting Todd Collins (1 Viewer)

I'm starting him in a dynasty league. My two primary QBs are Brady (bye) and Cutler (out). Picked up Hanie this week too in case he got named the starter. My only other option was Mike Kafka.

Collins is the worst. 3rd and 1 at the 2 yard line and he throws it right into the hands of a 300 pound defensive linman.

-4.96 points in my league so far. Perhaps I should have started Kafka.

Am also playing against chicago D so hopefully he can get a few picks to go for 6 the other way. Only 6 point play i can see him making

6.3 passer rating? is that possible?
It's actually happened 126 times before. But only 2 of those quarterbacks won their game while throwing 4 INTs (Ken Anderson in 1975, and Milt Plum in 1965). Some guy named Don Gault actually won a game while posting a 0.0 passer rating in 1970.

Collins should be cut after this game, he has no business on an NFL roster.
At one point I believe they felt he may be able to help with Cutler's development into this system and it is possible he still could. But it is clear that he can not show how it is done on the field. Maybe in the tape room or in practice working with him (and Henie) he may be worth something, but if he has to play hopefully it will always be against a team as bad as the Panthers.

That may be true, perhaps the Bears would consider bringing him back as some kind of offensive consultant or something. It's pretty obvious he no longer has the ability to play professional football.

His salary is guaranteed for the rest of the year. There's no advantage to cutting him except to free up a roster spot.

Thanks for this thread I just stumbled upon it really makes me feel better after a tough day of fantasy football.

In 1 of my dynasty leagues I stumbled across a team with Collins in his starting line up on Friday night.

Looking Closer I seen he had Cutler and Roethlisberger on his roster and no one else was out there.

I had been trying to rid myself of Garrard for a while now and I put an offer out to him his 2011 5th round pick for Garrard.

He said "nah I will be ok with Collins this week"

And the rubber chicken with the knockout
WW pick up of the week
hahahahahahaha. Now thats funny!
This entire thread is funny.
The best part about it was all the speculation before the game even started that Collins might not even get you to 0 and you would be better off going with the "bye" instead of Collins. In the end that is what exactly happened in most leagues negative points.Rubber chicken with the knockout!
