Who's your top five now? (1 Viewer)

The Bears are still #1 in my book until someone can knock them off...

Colts, Pats, Seahawks, Saints, Bengals, and Broncos breathing on their neck...

1. Chicago

2. SD

3. Indy

4. Seattle

5. NO

Edited: Removed Cinci, put in Saints. it's late ;)

i dont know how the bengals are making people's top 5 lists

they cant even get out of their own way right now

A 5-1 Saints team that only lost to a hot Carolina team on the road isn't in the top 5?
Yeah, I had to decide between them and Seattle, but I gave the Seahawks the nod because they won in St. Louis this weekend without Alexander.

Yeah, the Bengals wouldn't make my top 10 right now, much less my top 5.

That wasn't a great performance by the Broncs at home against what is widely considered the worst team in the NFL

Perhaps, but they are still 4-1, with two of their wins coming against Baltimore and (at) New England. They are winning ugly, but winning is what counts, right?

Bears are still are # 1 but they are no longer the clear # 1.

1. Bears--still unbeaten

2. Chargers--could be making a push to take over the AFC

3. Colts--Still unbeaten and haven't even played up to their potential yet

4. Saints--The offense is explosive and they've got heart

5. Pats--For some reason, I just feel that they're just getting warmed up.

Yeah, winning counts in the standings. But for me, this whole ranking thing should be based more on who would beat whom. I'm just not confident in the Broncos. The offense looks terrible. Can't wait to see the Chargers matchup

:goodposting: If I were a Denver fan, i'd be very concerned. They just don't look good on offense at all - haven't showed anything in 5 games.

I wasn't concerned, but I am starting to be a bit. A Mike Shanahan offense is always at least very good and usually great, but they just cannot get it going so far this year. Is it because the defense is so great that they can afford to be conservative and not take chances on offense? Maybe, maybe not. Time will tell...

1. Indy

2. Chicago

3. Broncos

4. SD

5. Saints

I had wanted to put another NFC team in there (just for ####s) but Seattle is not playing better than NO in my opinion.

Chicago and Indy are pretty much tied in my book but the Colts have had 2 quality wins (Jags, Giants on the road) while Chicago has only had 1. And the Colts have really not played up to their level, esp. on offense.

I'm shocked that that hot Carolina team hasn't been listed in a single top 5.They're 4-0 with their best player on the field and have quality wins over the Saints and at Baltimore. I'd put them right behind the Bears in the NFC.

I almost never do this, but it has to happen...You beat Sonny by 2 mins and renewed my faith in this forum only because you (sorta) didn't pick Chicago as #1.The Bears? Are you ####### kidding me?? They are undefeated and must be the best, right? They have beaten Seattle. That's it. 1 Win. 1 Win and Green Bay, Detroit, Minnesota, Buffalo and Arizona. They couldn't beat Baltimore or San Diego with the Colt's offense.I remember a time when this forum was full of thinkers and not followers... I miss those days.

SD is def. #1 in my book. The Bears have a better D but SD has a much better more reliable offense and a very good defense as well.

SD

Bears

Jax

Philly

Car (with S. Smith)

1. San Diego (should have beaten the Ravens but still look the most dominant)

2. Indy (same ole, same ole until the playoffs)

3. Chicago (extremely overrated and the media darlings right now)

4. Patriots (you can never count out Brady and Bellichick)

5. New Orleans (this team deserves respect but is not getting even after beating Philly)
