Why do people keep calling him AD (1 Viewer)

The Babe, Joltin Joe, Whitey, Shoeless, The Iron Horse, Pee Wee, The Golden Bear, Gentleman Gerry, and Larry Legend are just a couple of "white" nicknames that came to mind in the last 30 seconds. Nicknames aren't a cultural thing.
 
He has been AD since he was a kid. ADP = tardish since this is average draft position

Peterson's friends call him AD. His disciples call him Purple Jesus.

People complaining about his nickname have way too much time on their hands. Get a job or a hobby!

Really? I can't think of one person I know from the old neighborhood that doesn't have one. Granted, they are not as clever and witty as AD but nicknames are pretty common amongst "the crew".

AK-47, Der Bomber, Bear Bryant, Big Ben, Big Country, Big Unit, the Rocket, the Bird, Broadway Joe, Catfish, Crazy Legs, the Croation Sensation, Dice K, Digger Phelps, Joe-Pa, Sparky, Slingin Sammy, Mr. Hockey, the Georgia Peach, and HoJo.
 
Not to hijack the thread or anything, but why do they call that QB guy in GB "Faarv", when his name is clearly Favre? :thumbup:

Minor Hijack: Why is the Jon Gruden clip getting so much play? Obviously AD's not a Buc and the Bucs weren't playing against the Vikes. I don't get it.
