Windows 8 problem (1 Viewer)

So, I bought a new computer the other day, and it came with Win8. Never used it before, so maybe I'm doing something wrong.

I created an admin account, then created other accounts for the rest of my family. Things went well for a few days, then...

When I try to login to my account, it instead signs me into a temporary account. It talks about fixing the error by looking at the event log.

Event log? Anyone familar with this problem?

Jon is on the money with this. Even Microsoft people I know admit it's a total disaster. FWIW, it does have an Event Log like all recent versions of Windows but getting to it.......well, that would tax the descriptive powers of Dickens, never mind me.
