Wirt, NY A richburg woman has been arrested for sexual misconduct with an animal while New York State Police were investigating a domestic dispute from July 10. Chelsea Perry, 27, reported a domestic incident between her husband and herself. When Troopers were investigating the incident, they found evidence against Perry. Perry is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
