Would You Draft Julio Jones & Devonte Freeman On Same Team? (1 Viewer)

I have no problems with it.  If they are on a good offense (Atlanta has shown to be a good offense) I sometimes will purposely try and have this scenario.  I prefer this as well as the QB/RB combo to the QB/WR connection because it gives you more of a chance to have a part of every TD scored on a good offense.

If you use the rate my team tool on the website and build a team with them on it together you will see some good comments from the FBG's that basically explains that it would make your team more consistent (since between the two of them one is likely to have a good game-running if they are ahead or receiving if they are behind). You are less likely to have big weeks or low weeks. For me, if it were guys further apart in ADP I'd be more comfortable doing it (Say Freeman and Sanu or Jones and Coleman), for guys that are being drafted so high I want big weeks from both of them.

I don't think the players will get appreciable different stats merely because Gally drafted them on his fantasy football team.

Maybe if you had two guys on the board ranked exactly the same, I might use this as a tiebreaker to diversify, but if you believe in the players and the offense, I wouldn't draft a player you think less of just to avoid getting two on the same team.

I never said they would get anything different.  Having two players on a quality offense tends to more consistency overall from the spots because you are getting a piece of most scores as pointed out by beerbuff.
