So...you give away Forte and get all three of them?  I would definitely do that. Gurley will eventually be fine and Shepard will immediately step in as (at least) your #3 WR, if not your #2.

You get an upgrade at WR for sure and enough of a balance in RB to make that deal, yes. Gurley won't be down all year, but he needs his QBs to start playing better to back folks away from the line. Forte usually powers through injury but he's going to miss time if the Jets keep up at this pace with him. I'd make the deal.

I don't think it helps you that much.  Forte has more yards and TDs than Gurley and Gore combined this season.  I know its popular to sell high and buy low, but sometimes its ok to just keep really good players on your team and not risk buying guys that are doing bad.  Don't panic at the injuries and only sell Forte if you are getting great value.
